Tasting Notes

Aniseed, musky-sweet. Pine and menthol notes with cola-sweets.
Rich oak and dry Sherry notes. Cigar smoke with dunnage notes.
Long, sweet-smoked finish with a liquorice root aftertaste.

Smoky shortbread, white pepper, sweet biscuits and notes of vanilla.
Sweet and malty at first with oakiness before a wave of herbal peat.
Peaty, but not smoky. Sweet pepperiness with shortbread.

Apple and cinnamon spices. Pear liqueur. Herbal notes.
Plenty of stewed fruits; apples, pears. Moreish heavy brandy notes with deep oak.
Danish pastry finish with spicy oak and liqueur-like aftertaste.

Aniseed. Creamy. Hint of fennel. Sweet mint and fresh vanilla pod.
Rich vanilla with crème brulee. More aniseed, slightly herbal mouthfeel.
Custard, creamy finish. Lots of vanilla, raisins and icing sugar.

Wafts of cooked apples, chewy cola sweets, fudge and malty-sweet tones.
Rich malt with abundant ripe fruits. Again cola-sweetness and additional maltloaf undertones.
Long sweet and rich aftertaste. Fruit-laden finish.

Notes of rich toffee and fudge with lighter stone fruits.
Some additional musky-oak notes. Sweet and malty at first followed by dry oak and a hint of pepperiness.
Bittersweet oak with vanilla and white pepper balances the finish.

Some light chocolate coconut. Bursting with powerful fruit salad and custard cream flavours.
Rich complexity. Finish lingers with more sweetie/candy flavours and fruity aftertaste.

Long, sweet-smoky finish with hints of fruit-liqueur on the finish.
